From the United States: John W. Waxman

"I was delighted when I learned that Maestro Hurshell had programmed my father's Sinfonietta in Dresden where he began his formal musical studies in the 1920s. He often told me of the rich musical experiences he had there. As Waxman's centennial year draws to a close I know how pleased he would be that a new ensemble, at their premiere concert in a temple, is playing his music.

My best wishes for your continued success!

From Israel: Ilya Konovalov

"I would like to offer my best wishes for success to Maestro Hurshell and the newly founded "Neue Jüdische Kammerphilharmonie Dresden." The importance of such a project for the renaissance of Jewish cultural life cannot be overemphasized. Here in Israel we will follow, with great interest, the development of this endeavor in Germany.

Best regards and shalom,
